With the creation of Palas Premises LLC, Nancy Tsarpalas has blended her love of historic homes and modern living spaces with her extensive background in customer focused roles and fiscal accountability in Corporate America. Her property transformation vision and completed renovation projects have resulted in greatly enhanced property value. Nancy has participated in many aspects of the acquisition of residential property for commercial use as well. In her former company, Present this House (TM), she acquired a repertoire of pre-sales consulting capabilities to facilitate homeowners in maximizing their return on investment with a shortened time to market. A Licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker since 2009, she strengthened her commitment to the Real Estate Industry in 2015 by obtaining her Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker License which she upholds today in accordance with the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation (IDFPR).
